Elspeth holds a BFA degree in Theatre Design from the University of South Florida and an MFA in Theatre Design from Michigan State University. Her areas of specialization costume and scenic design as well as outreach administration.

       Some of her recent design credits include scenic designs for Williamston Theatre's production of A Painted Window and the Jewish Ensemble Theatre's Casa Valentina, as well as Water Works' production of Much Ado About Nothing. 

Prior to her time in Michigan she worked as a scenic artist at many Tampa area theatres including The St. Petersburg Opera and American Stage. In her spare time her hobbies include 3D printing and utilizing virtual reality as an art medium.
